Aug. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Sequim Homebuilder Estes Builders employees Patricia Troxler, Quality Manager and Nell Clausen, Sales Representative both completed training courses that relate to their prospective positions at Estes Builders. Patricia Troxler completed a Leadership and Supervisory training course to enhance her ongoing management responsibilities.  Nell Clausen participated in Women Centric Design to learn the many different personality traits of women and how to design a home to match and reflect the individual tastes and personalities of her homebuilding clients.
