CNN Endorses Censorship of the Internet

In a July 23, broadcast, two CNN anchors, Kyra Phillips and John Roberts, openly endorsed censorship of material on the internet.
 
July 26, 2010 - PRLog -- In a July 23 broadcast, two CNN anchors, Kyra Phillips and John Roberts, openly endorsed censorship of material on the internet. While acknowledging all the "great things" the internet has to offer, Roberts lamented the presence of "the dark side" of the internet (read: conservative bloggers). He then went on to highlight CNN's "plumbing" of the depths of the Shirley Sherrod story. Of course, one wonders where these plumbers at CNN were during the 2008 Presidential Campaign. It was (and still is) the so-called "dark side" of the internet that plumbed the depths of Obama's relationship with people like Bill Ayers and the Chicago political machine, which the mainstream media (including CNN) largely ignored. Also considering the postings discovered on the Journolist, Mr. Roberts' unyielding faith in CNN to plumb anything is highly questionable...
