A premium plush 30 oz Wear Dated II stain resistant cut pile carpet.

Non-Slip Mesh Backing:
A flexible, polyester, non-slip mesh backing with a PVC compound coating

Binding:
1.125" 100% knit beam-dyed polyester.

CRAFTING PROCESSES
To craft our design and writing for your mats, you can choose from our standard embroidery process, or our hand sculpting/die cutting process.

Embroidery involves sewing thread into the carpet before adhering the non-slip backing, resulting in an eye-popping contrast in the floor mats.

Die cutting and hand sculpting involves cutting the shape out and implanting it inside the die cut shape in the mat, as is the case with fitting puzzle pieces into a puzzle.
