July 22, 2010 - PRLog -- (Spearfish, SD) Elkhorn Ridge Golf Estates is now offering special incentives for people looking to build a custom luxury home in the new Black Hills development.  For a limited time, anyone who begins building their dream home within six months of purchasing a lot will receive a $10,000 rebate at the first construction draw for their new home.

“We want to encourage people to consider Elkhorn Ridge as the perfect place to build their dream home,” said Joe Bennington, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Lewis-Kirkeby-Hall in Rapid City. “With lots on the golf course and easy access to both nearby cities and the peaceful quiet of the Black Hills, it’s truly an ideal community for kids of all ages.”

Located just outside Spearfish, the golf course community sits on the historic Frawley Ranch. Encompassing nearly 1,000 acres, the development includes 400 acres devoted to open space and the championship Elkhorn Ridge Golf Course.

Designed by Pat Wyss, the Elkhorn Ridge Golf Course includes a mix of rolling prairie and the Northern Black Hills. Staffed with a PGA professional, the course is rated a 74 by Championship Tees and features a range of amenities including a practice facility.

“Golf lovers know there’s nothing more incredible than stepping out your back door in the morning to play a round,” Bennington said. “Elkhorn Ridge puts a challenging course surrounded by the Black Hills at your feet – what could be better?”
