By: Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan An early bird special of $25 is offered for adult registrants until August 15, 2010. After August 15, adult registration fee is $30. Children 12 to 18 years are $5 each, and children 11 and younger are free. Participants are also encouraged to gather pledges to help VNA continue its century-old mission of providing home care and hospice services to the uninsured and underinsured. Pledge forms are also available on VNA’s website. For individuals who are unable to participate but would still like to help support VNA, donations are always welcome. Annually, Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan provides more than $1.5 million in uncompensated care to patients in Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties. VNA is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are also available.
