Subconscious Restructuring® Forcing Change in Behavioral Health and Life Coach Disciplines

Change in any industry must be substantiated with hard data and this is the reason SR® is forcing change in the behavioral health and life coach disciplines.

July 12, 2010 - PRLog -- The days of observational subjective analytical counseling, coaching or therapy are over states Kelly Burris, PhD developer of Subconscious Restructuring®. SR® is a modality that simply conforms to how the human mind works and empowers people with the tools necessary to take control any time of the day or night. SR® eliminates the guess work associated with virtually all behavioral health and life coach disciplines. To begin to understand the difference between SR® and all other modalities one can start by looking at their definitions.

•   Counseling Definition from Dictionary.com - Professional guidance in resolving personal conflicts and emotional problems

•   Life Coach Definition from Dictionary.com – An advisor who helps people with problems, decisions, and goal attainment in daily life

•   Psychotherapy Definition from Dictionary.com - The treatment of psychological disorders or maladjustments by a professional technique, as psychoanalysis, group therapy, or behavioral therapy

•   SR® Definition - Subconscious Restructuring® is the process of learning how the subconscious works for the purpose of taking control of one's emotional state and behavior via Restructuring of Subconscious processes

As one can see SR® has a clear objective which addresses human behavior at the very beginning of process at the deepest level of the subconscious. If the definition of what one is practicing is at best ambiguous, how effective is the implementation going to be?

The fundamental issue when addressing any issue a human being may have is “does it make any sense to give advice, guidance or implement a so called professional technique based on information from someone emotionally distressed?” The answer to this is an emphatic NO, yet this is what every other modality in behavioral health and life coaching does.

Good decisions are never made when one is emotionally distressed. This is why the absolute first step of any behavioral health professional or life coach must be to measure one’s emotional state and continue to monitor it over time which is exactly what is done with SR®.

Objectives of Subconscious Restructuring®

After establishing a baseline with the Emotional Checklist the primary objective of SR® is to first of all guide one through the process of how the subconscious works. This affords one the ability to fully understand how an emotional state comes about which in turn will allow control over all behavior. One also must learn what one’s most powerful emotional state is and how to maintain it. This will permit supreme decision making in regard to all personal, professional and spiritual issues in one’s life and allow you to move as quickly as possible toward your goals and objectives.

If guidance, advice or a “professional technique” is implemented based on an emotionally distressed state the results will at best be random if not disastrous. Accurate recommendations about one’s personal, professional or spiritual life can only occur from information one gives in an empowered emotional state. One can only give information from an empowered emotional state if one first of all measures where one is emotionally right now. The next step is to fully understand how an emotional state comes about from the deepest level of the subconscious so you can intervene and change any emotional state or behavior that is simply not working.

SR® Data Collection

Change in any industry must be substantiated with hard data and this is the reason SR® is forcing change in the behavioral health and life coach disciplines. The infrastructures for data collection and study have been in place since the introduction of SR® into psychiatric care in 1990.

When collecting data one must also clearly understand what to measure. This is made perfectly clear with the SR® process by answering the single most fundamental question in regard to human behavior and that is what brings it about to begin with? In other words “What determines human behavior?” No other modality in behavioral health or life coaching poses this question let alone answers it. If one cannot answer this question one is simply guessing. The question when seeking out the services of a behavioral health professional or life coach is…will I be happy with them guessing how to help me? The majority of people are not and this is why SR® is forcing change in the behavioral health and life coach disciplines.
