Prevail expands Field Services, adds capabilities and headcount.

July 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Prevail Resources, and its subsidiary Prevail I.T. announced that it has expanded its Field Services division into multiple states, including South Dakota, Utah, Nebraska, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Iowa, West Virginia, Colorado, Kentucky and others.

"Expansion into multiple states takes careful planning, proper strategy and accurate forecasting," said company spokesman Dave Clark.  "Prevail has offered field services to several customer's for the past eighteen months in multiple markets, but our recent expansion into dozens of new territories is a key element of our current and future success."

The company now offers "break/fix" services for several customers in the DELL, SONY, IBM, LEXMARK, ACER and LENOVO space.  The company is also entering the satellite market in rural territories across Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.  

Prevail's technicians are certified in DELL warranty repair services, and the company is expanding its certification requirements for SONY, IBM, ACER and APPLE technicians as well. The company has also expanded it's printer / scanner service offerings to LEXMARK and DELL printers.

"It is our desire to make sure that our Field Services technicians are highly trained in the most current laptop and personal computers being marketed today.  Our reputation as a reliable provider of services is a key element of our quality value proposition."

The company has hired more than 50 new employees across the United States during the past three months, and is currently forecasting another 100 new hires over the remainder of 2010.

"We want to hire as many qualified technicians as possible over the remainder of 2010.  Our company is growing, and it's our goal to engage every qualified technician in our market areas, and to increase our market share dramatically in the near future."

The company has also added headcount in it's IT Staffing and Consulting practice in Texas, North Carolina and New Jersey.

The board of directors of the company is also considering a merger/acquisition/expansion in the coming days or weeks, according to Clark.
