The KONA Group, a team of business performance management and development practitioners has launched a new website to showcase the expertise, history, and results of its consulting specialists.

KONA Managing Director, Glenn Dobson, said many consulting companies deliver 'by the book' training and development programmes using formulaic content. KONA, on the other hand, selects consulting practitioners that bring wide ranging perspectives to each client's project and only selects practitioners with industry experience and results relevant to the client.

"Your average consulting firm hands you a report and an invoice, smiles smugly and walks off to the next 'consulting assignment'. We call that 'telling them how ugly their baby really is - and then just handing it back to them!'. We identify the need for change/improvement, the real enablers of change/improvement and then we make it happen!" Mr Dobson said.
