| ![]() The Seattle Center and Oom Yung Doe Team up to Offer Free Outdoor Tai Chi Classes for the SummerSeattle Center and the Wallingford School of Oom Yung Doe are offering free outdoor tai chi classes every Tuesday June through August and 11:30 AM. The lessons will be held at the North International Fountain Lawn and are open to all comers.
By: Oom Yung Doe Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise intended to improve health and well-being. Movements are slow and graceful without using force or power. The speed of the breathing matches the speed of the movement.
