Egg Up seeking Distribution Business Manager

May 25, 2010 - PRLog -- The DBM within our Distributor Sales Team has single point accountability for overall business results and relationships for an assigned Wholesale Distributor (WD) network. Responsibilities include maximizing magazine sales revenue, gross margin and return-on-investment across Ohio area. The individual will work closely with assigned distributors to grow their customer business.

DBM resides preferably in the Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct extensive range of communications to meet marketing objectives and regulations.
Track, measure, and ensure marketing campaigns deliver a return on investment.
Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, including – but not limited to – public relations, direct marketing, co-marketing, sales materials, sales process, and newsletters.
Recruit, hire, and manage internal marketing professionals.
Communicate well. Ask questions. Understand the needs and be the champion of your team.
Work well with a team while being an independent thinker.
Be ready and prepared to manage more individuals as the magazine and your department expand.
