The newly designed mobile workbench by ERGOdynamics is designed to reduce the manual lifting and moving of heavy objects.  The 6 wheeled, self propelled cart is battery powered with the TDS system that makes it easily maneuverable in tight work spaces, while being stable even with heavy loads.  The powerful scissor lift is capable of lifting 3000 lbs.  The cart surface is stainless steel or can be customized with other surfaces to meet the needs of the shop.  Additionally the mobile workbench contains a well for holding transmission fluid, oil or other liquids that are drained from the item being worked on.  This combination of features allows the auto technician to move the cart in under the auto, lift the work surface up under the vehicle up to catch the auto parts and fluids.  The load can then be lowered and moved out from under the vehicle.  The part can be serviced or repaired right on the mobile work bench, positioned at a perfect ergonomic height for the technician and task at hand.  The repaired or new parts can be moved back under the vehicle and lifted into position.

The Trunion Drive System (TDS) offers many benefits beyond other power carts with lifting decks.  Carts with the TDS have 6 wheels with power being delivered to the center wheels, shortening the turning radius by 50 percent.   The front wheels include a suspension system that keeps all the cart’s wheels on the ground, even on uneven surfaces.  The combination of features, allows this cart to carry over 3,000 pounds through tight spaces and over uneven surfaces.
