May 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Charlotte has 199 neighborhoods which span in all directions from Uptown. The primary historical middle of Charlotte’s vibrant African-American neighborhood is west of Uptown, starting at the Johnson C. Smith University campus and extending in a wide swath all the way in which to the airport. The eastward Central Avenue corridor is recognized for its international populace, such as East Europeans, Greeks, Middle-Easterners, and Hispanics. North Tryon and the Sugar Creek area include a number of Asian-American communities in the mix. The urban trendy neighborhoods consist of NoDa (North Davidson) and two places of Dilworth, along South Boulevard and East Boulevard. Myers Park, Dilworth, and Eastover are home to stately mansions on tree-lined boulevards with big, stunning churches. Nearby are the major hospitals, ancilary services, and Freedom Park, arguably the city’s favorite.

Car park Road and the South Park area have an extensive array of purchasing and dining offerings, with South Park essentially serving like a 2nd urban core. Much Southerly Boulevard is home to some big Hispanic community. Numerous college students, researchers, and affiliated professionals reside close to UNC-Charlotte in the northeast. Although there’s no specific gay neighborhood, each Plaza-Midwood and Dilworth offer friendly surroundings.

The large region known as Southeast Charlotte is home to numerous golf communities, luxury developments, mega-churches, the Jewish neighborhood middle, and private schools. As space has become scarce, individuals wishing to be section of this community have expanded to the Union County towns of Weddington and Waxhaw, not technically part of Charlotte. The Ballantyne area of much south Charlotte, and nearly each and every area about the 485 perimeter, have observed extensive growth in the very first decade of 2000
