Security Strategy & Service
S.I.P.I. works with government and corporate clients to reduce their security risks. This includes support in defining a stability and security strategy based on specific short and long term risks, to more detailed technical consulting on threat and risk to facilities (ranging from a building, to industrial parks, to a city or entire country), to managing implementation of security solutions, such as technology solutions for physical assets and armed and unarmed protection.

During the past, we have had the opportunity to work with a number of Public and Private Educational facilities ranging from Day Care Centers, to Private Schools to expansive University Campuses. Educational Institutions face the particular challenge of making them as secure as possible without giving the impression of an armed camp. This is accomplished by installing innovative technology to observe and control access to facilities. Additionally, our organization brings with it the experience and expertise to develop a detailed threat assessment. Once specific threats are identified, we can work with existing staff to integrate proper techniques and procedures to mitigate the ability for a threat to develop and respond quickly to actual situations.

All good Security Systems must be layered to create the widest measure of safety possible. This is why combinations of Cameras, Card Readers, Security Access Points and Personnel to monitor all of these are imperative to a well-executed Security Plan. The best systems are the ones that require the least amount of effort for the daily users (Students and Staff) to operate. Access points that are cumbersome go unlocked; blind spots are quickly noticed and compromised. These are reasons why we make sure that the facility is covered with specific cameras and controls to manage specific areas.

The best thing about a professionally installed security system is that it sees all, does not lie, it cannot be bought off or bribed, and the visual memory is priceless.  

One of the first security systems SIPI did for an educational facility was over 7 years ago for a Private School in South Florida.  It entailed a full security assessment that transpired into a full perimeter system including coded access gates and alarms.  Later on, they upgraded the original system to include additional cameras within the facility.  

Since then SIPI has gone on to perform numerous risk assessments, security evaluations, and installations throughout the United States, Haiti, Puerto Rico and Mexico. We have a broad range of clientele ranging from high profile clients, who have acquired systems in both their residential and corporate properties, to educational facilities and commercial businesses.  We also have mobile systems for yachts, buses, and cargo applications.    

One of the more recent substantial projects of interest was for a high-level security facility with multiple locations in Florida, Arizona, and Mexico.  Evaluations were performed and fully compatible systems were installed.  This particular project required all three locations to be managed individually as well as monitored from one central location. Since this installation, they have added additional cameras and are in the process of adding all newly configured access systems.
