Competitive Intelligence is becoming more accepted as a mainstream business discipline – it’s a process that involves gathering and analysing market and competitor information and converting it into actionable intelligence to stay ahead of your competitors, this is particularly important in the current, tough economic climate.  

AIM Strategic Management have helped organisations globally – Portugal, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Holland, North America, even Mexico and South Africa……. but not in the UK!  Companies in the UK  -  may be because of a lack of understanding - seem to have fallen behind in embracing Competitive Intelligence.

To increase the awareness and understanding of the benefits of CI,  AIM Strategic Management are providing a series of specialist workshops. These are presented by industry experts, who have been there and done it!  

The speakers are Graeme Dixon (whose background includes gathering and analysing Military Intelligence), Andrew Cosgrove who set up Competitive Intelligence initiatives for Mars and Company and McKinsey in Europe, Asia and the US and has 14 years experience of improving senior level decision making,  and Dionysia Patrinou who is a competitive intelligence professional specialising in strategic, operational and tactical intelligence in Pharmaceutical and Technology sectors amongst others.
