New retail leases signed at Regency Centers’ Indio Towne Center

The 391,702 square foot Indio Towne Center is anchored by a 94,642 square foot WinCo Foods and a 141,192 square foot Home Depot, plus national retailers such as PETCO, 24 Hour Fitness, Panda Express, Subway, CVS/pharmacy and Taco Bell.
