Cocoon Vehicles in Derby, has recently noticed an increase in New and Nearly New Van Sales. Smashing year on year targets, despite manufacturer price rises and the lack of supply.
Paul Stone, Sales Director of Cocoon Vehicles comments “Our Cocoon Vans website has seen its hits treble since November, when the enquiries started to come in. Renault Trafic’s and Master tend to be the most popular vehicles, although these are the hardest to get hold of, mainly due to the quality of the product and the aggressive discounts that Renault seem to be offering.”
Cocoon started doing Commercial Vehicles late 2007, and have since past the 100 unit mark, with 25 of those going through in the first quarter of 2010. Cocoon not only supply Brand New vans but have access to hundreds of Nearly New Vans within Dealer Groups, Ex-Rental Vehicles or Manufacturer Schemes.
“The used market is picking up, but this is down to the major manufacturers cutting back on the supply and manufacturers such as Renault and Vauxhall bringing out new models.” Says Paul “The only downside to this, is the Used Van prices have shot up.”
