The firm will be housed at a premiere location in the city of Atlanta immediately past CNN Center and Philips Arena at the entrance to Castleberry Hill.

Designed by Georgia architect Jefferson Browne of Jefferson Browne Design Group, LLC, this distinctive building is easily identifiable from its flatiron shape.  Windows flank the walls and the intelligent architecture gives way to huge interior ceilings with minimal interruption of the visual flow inside the building.

The unfinished building will require several months of interior construction before the We Sell Restaurants team can be reached at their new location.  The firm will keep customers and the public updated on the construction progress through their blog and online at their website devoted to the sale of restaurants.

The address is too new for most GPS systems but is easily found by following Centennial Olympic Park Drive South past the CNN Center and Philips Arena.  The new We Sell Restaurants office is the first building on the right past Philips Arena.

This vibrant and unique area is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is Atlanta’s eighth Landmark District.  It represents the most complete warehouse district still surviving in the City of Atlanta.  The neighborhood is also an important cultural connection to Atlanta artists and is home to many galleries and a monthly event known as 2nd Friday Art Stroll.  In addition, each year the neighborhood hosts “FLUX” a one night event which brings multiple temporary art displays and performances to the area.  We Sell Restaurants has agreed to host part of this event as they join the Castleberry Hill neighborhood.
