April 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Obesity is a major concern among many Americans.  There are so many so called "experts" out there that it is very hard to do what is right when it comes to weight loss and fat burning.  
I am here to tell you today that the formula that most people are following is WRONG!!! Most people think that they need to lose weight in order to get healthy, but that is exactly the opposite.  Here’s what I mean…the truth is that when you get healthy your body will burn fat and you will lose weight…
So how do you get healthy? The answer is in your food…correct exercise for your body…decreasing stress…proper sleep.
Most Americans are eating wrong.  They eat hidden sugars, junk food loaded with chemicals, they exercise wrong, they don’t sleep correctly and they are over stressed…
    The program that I am currently using in my office is different.  
Here’s what I mean:
1.    The right food…Don’t worry about calories – you read that right—forget about counting calories.  All you need to do is eat the right food for your body type.  When your food has the right nutrients your body will stop storing fat and start to burn it.
2.   The right exercise – you must have seen it or lived it…the person that exercises 30-60 min 3x week and never loses a pound of weight.  The trick to this is to find out what kind of exercise your body needs.  The time, aerobic VS anaerobic.  The right exercise will release growth hormone that will burn fat.
3.   Watch hidden sugars – when you eat sugars your body releases insulin which stops fat burning instantly.  If this happens you will not burn any fat at all.
4.   The right sleep- you burn most of your fat when you deep sleep.  That is the time when you release the most growth hormone to burn fat.
5.   The elimination of stress – stress releases the hormone cortisol, which when it is released too much it will cause the accumulation of belly fat.  When you over produce cortisol you can alter and affect all of your hormones and cause major endocrine imbalance as well as brain tissue destruction.  There are various techniques that can help eliminate not only new stress but old stress as well.  This is crucial for weight loss.  We use an acupressure technique for this.
6.   Liver health – your liver is the hub for all the hormones in the body.  If your liver is unhealthy you will have a very hard time losing weight.
