The all new Hooters Restaurants in Australia are now completely Australian owned and operated.  “I’ve changed the Hooters business model to fit in more with the Australian market and make it more adaptable to what the Australian public want.

“I’ve been lucky enough to be handed the reins to operate one of the world’s most famous restaurant chains and I can’t wait to showcase my new model to customers in Sydney and on the Gold Coast”, Schlebusch said.

Hooters mainly attract men between the age of 18-54 to their restaurant to enjoy hearty meals and capture the unique entertainment which has made them famous in every continent except one.
