About the Presenters:

Larry Sherwood is widely known as the author of the authoritative annual report, U.S. Solar Market Trends published by the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC), which is used for U.S. Department of Energy and International Energy Agency reports on U.S. solar installations. Mr. Sherwood has nearly 30 years of experience in renewable energy, currently as president of Sherwood Associates. His public roles include serving as Project Administrator for the Solar America Board for Codes and Standards, Executive Director of the Small Wind Certification Council, and Editor of the IREC Small Wind Newsletter. Previously, Mr. Sherwood served as Executive Director of the American Solar Energy Society where he launched new programs. A graduate of Dartmouth University, Mr. Sherwood is a frequent conference speaker and has been widely quoted in the press, including in The New York Times.


Jon Guice is the Managing Director of Research at AltaTerra Research, where he performs and oversees market research projects ranging from one-day "quick hits” to multi-month, original research projects for large organizations.
