Val Surf leases retail space in Valencia, California at Regency Centers' Valencia Crossroads

March 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space in Valencia, California at Valencia Crossroads to Val Surf.  Operating five stores in Southern California and viewed as a top tier, one-stop shop for extreme sports enthusiasts, Val Surf has leased 6,000 square feet of retail space and is slated to open for business in July.  Regency was represented by Centerra Retail Group.
