Apogee Foundation Receives SBCA Best of Business Award

March 18, 2010 - PRLog -- San Francisco, CA and New York, NY – The Apogee Foundation has been selected by the Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA) for the 2009 Best of Business Award in the Civic and Social Associations category. This follows Apogee's recent selection as the "Top Non-Profit Organization" in the FastPitch! Business Awards for the same year.

The Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA) is a San Francisco based organization that aims to identify and honor companies that it believes have demonstrated what makes small businesses great and a vital part of their communities. An SBCA committee annually selects its Best of Business Award winners from among thousands of nominees based on statistical research, information taken from monthly surveys administered by the SBCA, a review of consumer feedback, consumer rankings, and other consumer reports. The award category for which Apogee has been selected is specifically designed to recognize organizations for the substantial civic and social benefits they provide to their communities and the best-in-class operations leading to these results.
