Call to vote! The 6th Annual ETF Global Awards® Scheduled for April 29, 2010

Feb. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- The voting for the 6th Annual ETF Global Awards® is underway. The 6th Annual Global ETF Awards® reflects outstanding achievements in 2007 by ETP industry participants. Exchangetradefunds.com will be hosting this event. Voting ends February 19, 2010.

The results of these awards (both the statistical results and those determined by votes) will be announced at the 6th Annual Global ETF Awards® Dinner at the Hyatt New York, New York City on April 29, 2010. There will be a half day workshop prior to the awards dinner in order for industry professionals to discuss issues of common interest and new developments in their respective markets.  Some of the topics include the evolution of ETF and ETP Products and Indexes internationally, regulatory issues currently affecting the global marketplace and the possible consequence on product development, various trading strategies, and the continued growth of the Emerging Markets,

Last year's event featured two distinct sessions -- the "Investors Discussion Forum" and the "Industry Discussion Forum". Topics ranged from trading strategies for investors to new product developments and global industry challenges. Some awards will be determined by votes and others by statistical ranking information.
