Hauppauge, NY (PRWEB) February 15, 2010 – Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. is announcing the hiring of Industry Veteran Allen Dickason to lead its Mobility business as Executive VP for Strategy and Business Development.

Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. (NCS), a leading provider of back office and mobile computing solutions, has been delivering comprehensive solutions to the Consumer Products Goods (CPG) Industry for multiple applications involved in the processes of Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
   
Mr. Dickason brings a broad range of experience from an extensive 40-year career in the Consumer Products Goods Industry where he has held various leadership positions including CIO positions at Frito-Lay,  Suiza Foods, and Dean Foods, as well as CTO of Kinko’s and Sr. VP of Sales Direct Store Delivery and Supply Chain at Brach’s Confections.  Mr. Dickason’s career included executive sponsorship of implementations of two generations of mobile computers at Frito-Lay, and ERP and Direct Store Delivery systems at Suiza Foods and Dean Foods.  While at Brach’s, Mr. Dickason directed the DSD Go to Market strategy and developed the strategic business plan.

Mr. Dickason in his role will direct the business strategy and development of the NCS business.  This will include management of partnerships, product development, go to market strategies, and other initiatives.
