| Common Symptoms From Whiplash InjuriesAfter an injury the two most common types of symptoms are pain and limited motion of the cervical spine.
By: Dr. Erhuy, DC Most commonly patients experience pain from the facet joints in the cervical spine. The facet joints align the top of the lower cervical vertebra to the inferior portion of the vertebra above. Their biomechanical function is to allow motion in the cervical spine.
