Follow on Google News | Christian Ministry Uses Internet Technology To Reach ListenersGreg and Margaret Fisher, long time Christian ministry people, establish an internet talk radio show targeting Baby Boomers. Using the BlogTalkRadio platform they have listeners on every continent.
By: Gregory Fisher "I had been involved in Christian radio back in the 1970's and I wondered if any of those skills could be resurrected." The Second Half Christians talk radio show is about regaining purpose and destiny in life. With the Baby Boomer generation reaching retirement age the Fishers want to deliver a challenge to them. "Get up off the couch and do something significant with the second half of your life." says Margaret. According to the Fishers many Baby Boomers began life with a strong commitment to Christianity. But, many of them became caught up with achieving success in life, family pressures, and failures and slipped away from their Christian commitment. "We want to tell Baby Boomers that they can recapture their divine destiny in life." says Greg Fisher. The radio show airs every Sunday evening at 6:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) at www.blogtalkradio.com/ # # # Greg and Margaret Fisher founded the Second Half Christians ministry in 2009 with the hope of motivating their fellow Baby Boomers to regain their God given purpose in life. They are the hosts of the successful Second Half Christians internet Radio show End
