Exporters certainly know using search engines to look for foreign buyers, but most of exporters are not skilled to use search engines .

If you want to expand your global business by search engines, but unfortunately you found you were not a skilled search engine user, then this article would be helpful for you .

(1) Learn some simple, small courses on search engine

The usage methods of other search engines are almost the same to google. If you learned these above mentioned, you will know how to use other search engines . Read it carefully !

(2) Choose the correct keywords for your search

It's very important to choose correct keywords for exact results . If you are a car exporter , you can design your search keywords as follows:

1. Make out a list of keywords for your product names and similar names, specifications (like car, minicar, auto...); make a list of keywords for the types of your potential customers (importers, importer, distributor, agents...); make a list of keywords for the names of the potential importing countries (like USA, Japan, Germany...)

2. Combine these keywords on these lists into a two words or three words keywords: like "car importer", "US auto distributors", "Importing Minicar" ...

Finally, do some search by using these combined keywords through several search engines. If a keyword is good, save the keyword for future usage ; otherwise, discard it . But please note that a keyword workable for Google doesn't mean it also workable for Yahoo.

Most search engines have their own Advanced Web Search feature . These Advanced Web Search feature can refine your search results to be more exact .
