Building on application experience, MGS has developed the third generation of pharmaceutical Blister Card Folder/Wallet Card machines, with an emphasis on modular stations and devices for future flexibility and product changeover. Available at speeds of up to 300 packages per minute, the machines produce pharmaceutical wallet cards or provide assembly and folding of heat-sealed cards with field- or factory-installed modules.

The Blister Card Folder/Wallet machines produce pharmaceutical wallet cards or assemble and fold heat-sealed cards while offering modular stations for flexibility and quick product changeover. Configurable for either on-line with blister thermoformer or offline in batch mode, the Blister Card Folder/Wallet machines accomplishes folding, literature insertions and attachments, printing, coding, inspection and verification, and sealing with field- or factory-installed modules. Other outstanding features include an open access design, good sight lines, and tool-less adjustments. The machines are within cGMP guidelines, and touch-screen HMI is available.
