VoltHRMS -Volt HR Human Resources

following applications:-
• VOLT-HR
• VOLT-PAY
• VOLT-ATTENDANCE
• VOLT-ESS
• VOLT_COMPETENCY

This system deals with the following functions:

o Organization information and locations.
o Job titles and descriptions.
o Employment grades.
o Organizational structure.
o Job structures.
o Core functions, along with their responsibilities, authorities, competencies,
educations and certification.
o Employees Personnel information.
o Vacation/Leave Types.
• Administrator of the company customizes the system according to company data.
• Populating the system with employee data can be done using UI provided or by importing
employees’ data from an existing system.
• Users’ access to the system can be through company directory or using VOLT
authentication system.
• Storage can be done on the default database shipping with VOLT, or by integration with
the customer Database Management system.
• Users’ authority is controlled by the system administrator
• A rich set of reports can be created by the administrator to deal with all aspects of the
system
• A rich set of notifications options can be configured by the administrator.
• Actions or assignments can be generated through the notification system
to individuals or groups inside the organization.
