R Bank selects BancPac® platform from 21st Centuury Financial Services for Core Banking

Dec. 28, 2009 - PRLog -- Austin, Texas-- 21st Century Financial Services, extends congratulations to our business partner R Bank.   Steve Stapp, CEO of R Bank and his management team opened the doors to customers June 2009.    R Bank has stirred excitement in the Round Rock area opening a community bank serving the local business and households.

R Bank and 21st Century Financial Services entered into a partnership agreement after R Bank’s extensive search for a core vendor that would streamline work processes inside the bank and tailor ancillary products the bank needed to be successful in their target market.

R Bank selected a variety of value-added 21st CFS services.  One of those products that will streamline the bank’s operations and enhance customer services is 21st totalTELLER.  This product captures all items at the teller line, and eliminates all paper by using virtual tickets.   The items are imaged at the teller line, handled once by the bank staff, and upon completion of the transaction, the teller system provides  a balanced POD transaction electronically formatted for the processor and  Fed  with no additional intervention.  

Customer touching products R Bank has implemented includes merchant capture, a robust internet banking and bill pay application and electronic statements.  These products provide customers quick access to bank information and deposits as well as increasing efficiencies for the bank by using technology to interact with R Bank customers.
