Dec. 21, 2009 - PRLog -- Balance Interactive has earned the Arthur E. Morrissette Top Hat Service Award for exhibiting superior service to its clients and for its contributions to the Greater Springfield community.

The award was presented by past-president Eric Williams at the 2009 Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Awards on December 10 at the Hilton Springfield.  CEO Tracy Betts and COO Jill Kurtz accepted the award on behalf of the Balance Interactive team.

This was the first time in the history of the award that a nomination was made by a relative of Arthur E. Morrissette, for whom the award is named.

In making the nomination, Bud Morrissette wrote: “In my experience, the people at Balance Interactive are proactive and attentive; continually following up with my staff to make sure we are on the right track with our projects.”

Balance has completed landing pages for the company and is in the process of completing a website redesign.

“Balance Interactive’s performance exceeded all expectations in every measure of performance I can identify,” said Chuck Albo, a Balance Interactive client. “Their responsiveness, quality, and cost was significantly better than any of our prior web development contractors.”

The honor was one of three awards presented by the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce. Local businesses and business leaders are honored each year for their efforts and achievements throughout the year based on nominations from the Greater Springfield community.
