Bermuda Dunes Art in the Dunes Festival Opens this Weekend

Nov. 16, 2009 - PRLog -- The 1st annual Art in the Dunes Festival will be hosted by the Vintage Nursery in Bermuda Dunes near Palm Springs on November 21st & 22nd, 78755 Darby Rd, Bermuda Dunes, CA 92203.  Local artisans will be providing music, art in action, pottery, sculpture, photography, paintings, fiber crafts, art for and by kids and so much more.  There will be a vintage car show, a hot air balloon demonstration, plenty of food vendors, children singing carols, an area devoted to children including a Living Desert Booth with a few of their animals, strolling musicians and folks in vintage clothing walking about giving this event a very elegant yet vintage feeling.  

Time is winding down before the opening of this event showcasing over 100 artists at over 70 booths.   A photography booth has been added in the “Just for Kids” section where you can have your child photographed after they get face painted or while they hold one of the critters from the Living Desert.

This will be an all day event, on Saturday from 10 to 5 pm and on Sunday from 11am to 4 pm.  You get a living art museum of artists demonstrating and selling their crafts.  Hungry?  Need to sit and relax, listen to music?  It is all there for you.
