Bower Retirement Services Shortlisted for Equity Release Awards 2009

Oct. 30, 2009 - PRLog -- Bower Retirement Services has been shortlisted in two categories for the Equity Release Awards 2009.

The Awards, sponsored by Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society and Safe Home Income Plans (SHIP), recognise providers (lenders) and financial advisers who offer the highest levels of products and advice in the equity release sector.

Geoff Charles, Managing Director of Bower Retirement Services (http://www.brsequity.co.uk), equity release specialists based in Brentwood, Essex remarked on how refreshing it was to see the innovative way in which equity release products are being adapted to meet the changing needs of retired homeowners.

Making a strong point of commenting on the importance of providing a high quality, in-depth level of service when advising clients considering equity release, he said: "The awards show how seriously the industry takes those who are involved in safe, regulated Equity Release. We are elated to be recognised for the effort we put into providing a thorough, comprehensive and ethical service and absolutely delighted to be nominated for awards in two categories by the product lenders."

Bower Retirement Services has been nominated by lenders in the Best Financial Adviser (fewer than 10 employees) and Best Financial Adviser Newcomer categories. Other categories are Best Overall Adviser and Best Financial Adviser (10+ employees), whilst advisers had the chance to nominate their favourite lenders in five provider award categories.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Friday 13th November at the Merchant Taylors Hall in London’s Threadneedle Street.
