A small nonprofit foundation in Central Texas wanted to move from Excel spreadsheets to an automated constituent management system (aka CRM, fundraising or donor management system). They had already done some research and began talking with a few vendors. However, they quickly found themselves overwhelmed with information and price estimates; not to mention existing projects, including preparing for their annual fundraising event.
