Custom eLearning Provider SilkWeb Selected by Management Training Systems, Inc.

Oct. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Phoenix, AZ – Custom eLearning company SilkWeb Consulting & Development LLC was selected by Management Training Systems Inc. to custom develop two new elearning courses based on books by renowned author and organizational strategist Dr. Jan Northup.  

Dr. Northup is the creator of "The Promotable Woman: What Makes The Difference" video training program that has been featured on the Public Broadcasting Service.  SilkWeb was commissioned to convert this informative book into an interactive elearning course. The course titled “The Promotable Woman: Have We Come A Long Way, Baby?” includes activities and self-assessments to help women explore the elements of Prosperity Thinking, Patterns for Power, Positioning, and other exciting topics.

SilkWeb’s second elearning conversion for MTS is titled “Life’s A Bitch And Then You Change Your Attitude, 5 Secrets of Taming Life’s Roller Coaster and Building Resilience”. This book, also authored by Dr. Jan Northup, examines personal and organizational resilience.
