Diamond Awards GMS Two Accommodations ProjectsDiamond Offshore Drilling has awarded two accommodation projects for their rigs Ocean Baroness and Ocean Star.
By: Patrick Granger GMS will supply three ABS approved A-60 fire rated stackable modules to increase the Ocean Star berthing capacity by 16, along with a recreation area. These modules will be built to the latest IMO SOLAS standards and will be delivered in the next 6 weeks for installation on rig. GMS has also been awarded the quarters interior repair and refurbishment project for the Ocean Baroness which will commence in two weeks. GMS will supply experienced personnel offshore on-site will perform the three month work scope while the rig is in operation in the offshore Gulf of Mexico.
