This business, started by Christopher Watson of Magalia, Caifornia, is dedicated to customer service. Their job is not done "untill our customer is 100% satisfied". The beauty of the whole thing is that if the customer is not satisfied the first time, they can just go back and fix it before the customer does any purchasing.
