International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer

Sept. 17, 2009 - PRLog -- This day is celebrated on the same date every year, in commemoration of the date that the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer was signed.  The purpose of the Montreal Protocol is for countries worldwide to reduce, phase out and eliminate ozone-depleting substances!
