Balance Interactive Completes New Congressional Federal Credit Union Site

The new website features a new design and information architecture focused on customer needs. In addition, Balance implemented a strategy that allows CFCU to connect with its customers through social media. The new site uses the Ektron content management system to make it easy for staff members to keep content current. The site was designed to be cohesive with the CFCU branding strategy developed by marketing and branding firm Hinge.
