The Orange County Business Journal has got “The List” – and on September 24th at its inaugural OC’s Best Places to Work Awards Luncheon, that list will be revealed. Here’s how it works: The Business Journal has compiled a list of companies that received all-around outstanding ratings from their own employees – via an independently conducted survey – for providing a quality work environment. This year, 40 companies made The List, each of which will be recognized at the luncheon. Ten awards will be presented to the top-ranking companies in each of three categories: large, medium and small sized businesses (based on number of employees). The List, along with profiles of the top companies, will publish in the OCBJ’s Best Places to Work Special Report on September 28. Orange County’s business community is eager to find out who made the cut. The awards luncheon will prove to be an excellent networking opportunity for a wide variety of firms and individuals. Seating is reserved, and there’s still time to purchase tickets. Single seats are offered at $95 apiece, while a table for ten may be purchased at the discounted rate of $900. Rick Reiff, Executive Editor of OCBJ and host/executive producer of KOCE TV’s Inside OC, will be the event’s Master of Ceremonies.
