RBP Hosts Housing Fair

Aug. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Rebuilding Broken Places CDC(RBP),  a non-profit organization in Goldsboro NC will host FAITH ESTATES Housing Fair for the Goldsboro and Wayne County area on August 15th, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Rebuilding Broken Places, 2105 N. William Street.  Anyone interested in exploring an opportunity to pursue their dream of homeownership is welcome and encouraged to attend.  Imagine your home, in your choice of floor plans, with your selected colors, flooring, appliances, and more.  Your Home, Your Way.  

And we have several incentives to help you.  Qualified first time home buyers can receive up to $30,000 in down payment assistance and a land grant from the City of Goldsboro of up to $4,750 as well.  And if you act soon, you may also qualify for President Obama’s Home Buyer’s tax credit of up to $8,000.  With all of these exciting incentives, home ownership can be yours.  

Mortgage lenders will be on hand presenting their mortgage opportunities to first time home buyers.  Attendees are asked to bring their last two pay stubs to prequalify on that day to purchase in Faith Estates, our development on Orange and Lime Streets.  

On that morning, we will be do a tour and open house in Faith Estates. Come early so you will see firsthand how beautiful our finished homes can be.  Each attendee will be entered in to a drawing for a special prize and refreshments will be served.
