Onyx Capital Advisors, LLC Announces Acquisition

Aug. 4, 2009 - PRLog -- Onyx Capital Advisors, LLC (OCA) recently announced Onyx Intelligent Solutions, LLC (OIS), on behalf of Onyx Capital Advisory Fund I, LP, has acquired Hi-Tec Associates, Inc.
