Pronexus Appoints Alan Atkinson to Vice President and General Manager

July 23, 2009 - PRLog -- Pronexus, now in its 15th year of operation and developer of VBVoice, the award winning RAD (Rapid Application Development) Toolkit for IVR applications within a standards based Visual Studio .NET environment, announced today the promotion of Alan Atkinson to Vice President and General Manager of Pronexus, a newly created position. Atkinson joined Pronexus in 2005 as VP, Sales and Marketing and for the last two years had been VP, Sales and Customer Care.  As Vice President and General Manager, Atkinson will oversee sales, marketing, customer care and all customer interaction in support of Pronexus’ worldwide business activity.

Atkinson has over 23 years of experience in international marketing, sales and business development in the high tech industry including 10 years at the European Headquarters of Digital Equipment Corporation in Geneva, Switzerland. He has held senior management positions with early stage and established technology companies. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, Bachelor of Administration from Brock University, Master of Business Administration from Switzerland and a Sommelier Certificate from Algonquin College.
