Capital Area Real Estate Investors Association Wins 2009 National Award Of Excellence

July 15, 2009 - PRLog -- Capital Area Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) received the National Award of Excellence as the Best REIA in the Country out of 250 competing groups at the annual National REIA conference.

To qualify, Capital Area REIA had to prove excellence in specific areas, including: Professional Education, Conference & Expo, Government Affairs, Membership Development, Community Programs and Communications.

This award recognized Capital Area REIA as having the best all-around program of all REIAs in the country.

As Northern Virginia and Washington DC's premier real estate investors association, Capital Area REIA's mission is to provide our members the education, training, motivation and networking opportunities that will further the member's ability to successfully invest in real estate, no matter what condition the current market is in.

The regular monthly meeting is held the third Thursday of each month from 6:00pm to 9:30pm at the Westin Tysons Corner: 7801 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22043.

July's meeting is on the 16th and there will be a presentation on the state of the current local real estate market, which will provide a thorough analysis, complete with charts and graphs, of exactly what is happening in today's local real estate market.

The Market Update will be followed by guest speaker Tom Nardone "The Millionaire Mailman".
