NCSC’s Lawyers Committee involves prominent practicing attorneys in the nonprofit’s work and programs, which are dedicated to improving the administration of justice. Committee members actively participate in outreach to and support for the bench, bar, and legal community, and encourage support for NCSC initiatives. Gerber, who has been recognized as one of Florida’s Super Lawyers by Law & Politics magazine for the past three years, represents clients in the areas of toxic tort, commercial litigation, product liability, and governmental affairs. One of Gerber’s most notable cases was 2006’s Lighthouse Bay Ltd. v. Orkin in which a jury rejected a $10 million claim against his firm’s client, Orkin. He received his bachelor’s from the University of Florida and his juris doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. Culley practices in the areas of product liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, employment, and commercial litigation. Her clients include large multinational manufacturers and insurance companies, public entities, and local businesses. Culley received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Samford University and her juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Both Gerber and Culley practice in Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell’s Orlando office.
