6 weeks of fitness for only £30 with Active Swansea

July 6, 2009 - PRLog -- This summer Active Swansea are offering new members 6 weeks of fitness for only £30 – that works out at only £5 a week.

Dave Osborne, Indoor Leisure Manager said “We are trying to encourage new customers to try out  Active Swansea. As well as being value for money; because there are 6 centres across the city people will find there is a centre near their home or place of work.”

“Everyone is welcome at Active Swansea; there is no membership fee and 1’000’s are already using our facilities as ‘pay a play’ customers.  However if you pay by direct debit and use the centre twice in a week you are already saving money.”

All under 16’s can swim for free during certain times in the 4 Active Swansea pools as part of the Welsh Assembly free swimming initiative. The 6 weeks for £30 will also allow parents to swim for free which works out a good saving during the 6 weeks.

To qualify for the six week promotion, all you have to do is join at one of the 6 Active Swansea centres by Sunday 19th July 2009.  The six weeks will then start on Monday 20th July.

The centres include Bishopston Sports Centre, Morriston Leisure Centre, Penlan Leisure Centre, Penyrheol Leisure Centre, Cefn Hengoed Leisure Centre and Swansea Tennis Centre.
