Tech II Business Services Achieves Status as a Regional Testing Center by Iwatsu Voice Networks

Iwatsu Voice Networks has certified Managed Services Provider, Tech II Business Services located in Saratoga Springs, New York as a Northeast Regional Testing Center for new products and advanced telephony and messaging client configurations.

June 23, 2009 - PRLog -- Tech II Business Services a Managed Services Provider and twenty five year veteran of the telecommunications industry in the New York Capital District has achieved the status of a Northeast Regional Testing Center by Iwatsu Voice Networks for premarket products and advanced client configurations. As a regional testing center Tech II has the capability to replicate any potential customer’s proposed solution in their lab. The customer can then visit Tech II's facility and receive a hands-on, customized demonstration of the proposed solution that includes all of the applications that they would require. “Companies need to compete technologically in today’s business environment.” said Tech II COO Dan Bardin “Deciding on the proper manufacturer and vendor is critical to an organizations future growth and survival.” Over a period of three days Iwatsu’s key Engineering and Management staff visited Tech II Business Services and audited the Tech II infrastructure. They instructed Tech II’s Technical staff on the best practice regarding Iwatsu Enterprise Hardware and Software including Advanced Unified Communications and Gateway Solutions. “This certification is designed to work as a learning experience for engineers, technicians, sales personnel and trainers”, said an Iwatsu spokesman.
Tech II has had a twenty year partnership with Iwatsu Voice Networks and has marketed Iwatsu’s product line as one of their top products. “We’ve configured and integrated the Iwatsu line in so many different configurations over the last twenty years including Advanced Unified Communications, Call Center, and VoIP scenarios that we now have such an extreme depth of knowledge of their products that it only makes sense to provide feedback and configuration data that will benefit all Iwatsu customers” Said Doug Gillson Vice President of Technology.
