Goshow was the Executive Architect and worked with Della Valle Bernheimer Design. The 21-unit condominium development along the High Line in Chelsea was constructed with an innovative steel façade designed to resemble steam rising from the trains that once traversed the neighboring rail tracks. New York Construction named Goshow Architects as one of the Top Design Firms. Eligible projects were located in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and substantially completed in the past year. An independent jury of industry experts judged a record 268 nominated projects and awarded projects based on entry criteria including project management and client service, safety, design and functionality. Goshow’s was also recognized for the project with an Archi Award, which provides public recognition for architectural projects of design excellence.
