   * We crossed a milestone of 1000 members and continue to grow strongly !!

   * We launched a unique first in the world KAIZEN BANK !! (Kaizen (Japanese) are small improvements that are implemented to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, cycle time, improve productivity and quality, enhance safety and morale as well. Members can post Kaizens done at their workplace (or even at your home!!) A first of its kind in the world knowledge base to share your improvements and learn from others!! What more - you can even E-mail your Kaizens (another first in the world!!) and post to the Kaizen Bank!!

   * Sandbox section launched . We keep trying out new applications that members can use entirely free of cost. Recent sandbox applications tried and added to the forum include a free E-Post it notes utility (looks great!!) and Mind map creator!!. We are trying out lot more in the coming weeks!!

   * Widgets for Six Sigma Excellence articles and Kaizen bank entries. Simply copy/paste/add the script to your company/personal/website/social/professional networking community and help drive "excellence thinking and action"!!

   * An "eXclusive" sub group was launched for the benefit of clients and participants of eXample Consulting Group engagement programs. This group can access exclusive and premium resources, articles, E-Books and high quality research reports for gainfully practicising excellence thinking and action!!

   * Multi-lingual translation facility introduced to benefit non-english speaking visitors access forum resources

   * Real-time Visitor map provides a live display of locations where visitors come from

   * Excellent collection of Tools/templates/E-Books to learn Six Sigma and Lean excellence practices. Recent additions include "Lean Energy Toolkit", "Six Sigma Statistics using Ms-Excel", "Lean and Agile world class manufacturing - Illustrated Book", "Six Sigma for Quality and Productivity Promotion", "Lean Six Sigma - Quick Overview", "Lean Toyota Production System Presentation" and lots more ...

We have aggressive plans to add many more applications, features and resources for use by the members.
