Boston Staffing Agency is Hiring Despite Economy

March 15, 2009 - PRLog -- Kip Hollister, the Founder and CEO of local recruiting firm Hollister, announced today that Hollister is hiring despite being affected by the recession.

Over the past few months, Hollister has experienced 11 performance-based layoffs which were determined according to both past performance analysis and projected future performance assessments.  Despite these layoffs, Hollister has, and will continue to hire experienced recruiters and business development professionals.

Although Hollister is feeling the impact of the recession with the mass layoffs and hiring freezes taking place across the Commonwealth, the senior leadership team remains optimistic and focused on opportunities that are present in the current market.
